How much notice is legally required for you to inspect my unit?
The lease you signed requires the Housing Authority to give you a minimum of 48-hour notice, that we will be inspecting
the unit.
If I am not home at the time of Inspection can the Housing Authority enter my unit?
The Housing Authority sends a notice or will post a notice at the unit, advising the tenant they will be conducting an
inspection. If no one is home when the Housing Authority staff arrives, they will enter the unit and complete the
inspection.
