PROCUREMENT/ SERVICES NEEDED

The Procurement Department is responsible for conducting public bids to acquire goods, services, and construction related purchases on behalf of the Housing Authority of the County of Contra Costa. Through its dedication to conducting the procurement process in an open, fair, and competitive manner, HACCC’s Procurement Department continues to develop and maintain good relationships with vendors and contractors in a compliant and proficient manner.

DEVELOPMENT

The Development Department assists developers and property owners to access capital loans with operating subsidy through the Mixed Finance Program, assists with the sale of residential property to the HACCC and works collaboratively with developers to create long-term rental assistance contracts through the Property Rental Assistance Program. These partnering options allow private investors, small and large to participate in local initiatives that create affordable, safe and decent housing for the county’s most vulnerable individuals and families.
