What development am I on the waitlist for?
HACCC operates a centralized waitlist for communities it operates in Contra Costa County. Once a unit becomes
available and it is your turn to be housed you will be offered that vacancy.
What happens if I do not want to move to that area?
If you turn down the unit offered to you, you will be removed from the waitlist. There are some exceptions, for example,
if there is a Reasonable Accommodation, Violence Against Women Act (VAWA), or other qualifying/approved
circumstance.
Who needs to be present at the lease signing?
All adult members of the household must be present at the lease signing.
