New Inspection Model –
National Standards for the Physical Inspection of Real Estate (NSPIRE)
Effective February 1, 2027, HACCC will be implementing the new inspection protocol, NSPIRE, for the Housing Choice Voucher and Project-Based Voucher Programs. NSPIRE will replace the current inspection protocol, Housing Quality Standards (HQS).
The Housing Authority of the County of Contra Costa will be hosting two drop-in webinar sessions for owners.
