Developer Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for the 11+ acre Las Deltas Main Campus Site a former public housing development in North Richmond.
The Housing Authority of Contra Costa County (HACCC) is excited to announce an upcoming RFQ for developers interested in acquiring land from HACCC to build permanent housing. The RFQ aims to select a developer with the experience and capacity to partner with HACCC and North Richmond community stakeholders to address the urgent need for affordable housing.
Site Location: West of 1 st St. between Ruby St. and Wildcat Creek, North Richmond, CA 94801
HACCC encourages developers with a proven track record building and operating mixed-
income affordable housing to stay tuned for more information, including detailed guidelines and submission requirements.
